Manfred Küpper
During my school and university years I was already artistically active, initially in the field of wood, ceramics and papier-mâché work, later in the field of painting. I started acrylic painting about 7 years ago, after reading numerous books about it, especially about the composition of acrylic paints, painting techniques, covering canvases ... etc. The first attempts were made on small image formats, later I switched to large-format painting surfaces (canvas, aluminum).

Über Manfred Küppers abstrakten Werke
All abstract works are on self-stretched stretcher frames, mostly in the size 100 x 100 cm. When painting, I use exclusively Lascaux acrylic paints in combination with marble powder, coffee grounds, oil pastels, charcoal and ink because of the brilliance. All works were created using the spatula technique.
