Elke Roziewski’s figurative painting focuses on the human body as a whole figure, torso, individual or as a couple. She combines color (especially pigment) and form in an inimitable way. Fragments, roughly assembled pieces of jute, sand and cardboard combine to form a large whole and create a cosmos of their own.
