Creating with colors on a canvas has a strong appeal for me.
It is a moment of freedom and good feeling, other things disappear in the process.
The effect of the colors through their interaction and the design elements of lines, shapes and structures always create new moments. Added to this is the strong influence of chance, which often leaves one amazed.
About the art of Klaus Kugele
I have been painting since I was young. I was also interested in visual artists and their life stories, although my preferences have always changed. In my job as a teacher, I also get a lot of inspiration from the uninhibited, spontaneous painting of children, who often create wonderful pictures with their carefree attitude. My current way of painting could be described as follows: I just start and then keep trying to improve the result until I reach a point where I am satisfied. It is particularly nice when such a result helps to beautify a room.
