Biography of Wolfram Schulz
The beauty and power of colors and shapes fascinated Wolfram Schulz more and more intensely and he began to study color theory and its effects on his own. This was followed by many years of painting and exploring colors and forms in which nature served as a source of inspiration and impetus.
The continuous, curious contemplation of emotionally significant themes, the recognition of opposites/polarity and the challenge and beauty therein were processes of insight for him, the expression of which is reflected in his artistic work.
His exploration and openness to other materials, as well as his creative expression through photography and digital work, reveal the diversity of his artistic work through ever new possibilities of expression. The resulting works move the mind and are immediately touching and profound for the soul.
Wolfram Schulz was born in Stuttgart in 1968 and has lived with his wife in Switzerland, his adopted home, since 2009.
His works have been shown in over 200 exhibitions worldwide.
