‘Astronomy and space travel have always fascinated me. For example, 50 years ago I was watching live on television when Neil Armstrong became the first man to set foot on the moon. Distant planets and galaxies mysteriously surround us. In my cycle of pictures about space travel, I have tried to capture a little bit of the magic that surrounds space travel.’
