Über Nikolaus Hirschmanns Abtsrakte Malerei
Nikolaus Hirschmann’s work celebrates the ephemeral nature of the moment, emphasizing the "here and now" in a phenomenological approach to art. His philosophy is summed up with a playful invitation to embrace life and creativity freely: "Be what you want. Do what you want. Copy the Art of Hirschmann. You are welcome!!! Yes!"
His message is clear — you cannot truly copy life because it is happening in real time, in your brain, right now. The essence of being an artist, for Hirschmann, is not about replicating life but embodying it in the present moment. While a scientist explores life through theories and laws, an artist is life itself.
